Power

The sport of life has no off season. Our Power classes are strength based conditioning. Each class offers a focus on primal strength movements ā€“ push, pull, hinge, squat and press, combined with a kick of short and sharp athletic conditioning.

Strength

With our Strength class form and quality are paramount over quantity and speed. Slow and controlled movements, will build strength and muscular endurance. Using equipment and your own bodyweight, the focus is on low reps and working with your personal maximum weight load. Expect: primal movements such as the push, pull, hinge, squat and press, static holds and bodyweight movements.

Circuit

Our high energy CIRCUIT classes provide a burst of 8-10 exercises that you'll move through quickly with little to no rest between stations. While we move quickly through stations our standard principle of quality over quantity still stands. We encourage a focus on form first.
