I don’t know about you guys, but as a kid KD and grill cheese sandwiches were my favourite. Obv now my perspective on food has changed (a lot).. but instead of restricting myself from these types of foods, I now create whole food versions of them!
Healthy mac and cheese for the win – no additives or artificial flavours, just real food. I’m not saying it’s the most nutritious meal to have, but it is a much better choice than reaching for a box. Very friendly too!
Extra virgin olive oil
Rice noodles
Mozzarella goats cheese (life)
Sea salt
Pepper
Cayenne
Garlic
Hot sauce ???
1/2 Avocado ???
Prep Time – 8 minutes
Cook Time – 10 minutes
Servings – 1-2
- In a large saucepan, bring a pot of salted water to boil. Once boiled, add in the pasta for about 7-10 minutes.
- Once the pasta is cooked to your liking, strain and put back in a bowl with olive oil to prevent sticking. Allow the pasta to cool.
- Melt cheese overtop and season to your liking! ENJOY!
