What’s your why?
There is no better feeling than being able to help other people actualize their inner capacities for strength–it’s such a great feeling to see others grow stronger and have it carry over in other areas of their lives. We live in a world where fitness is readily accessible to others, but there is SO much information and, at times, fitness can be sophisticated and too complex. I love to make fitness SIMPLE (but don’t confuse SIMPLE with EASY) and it fulfills me to help others move well, grow stronger, and live pain-free.
Your favourite thing about ADF.
I have never been around a community that smiles and has fun in every moment, like the ADF community has. In every interaction, though I am new, I feel welcomed, I feel like I’ve known everyone for longer than I have, and it feels easy to be myself. It feels incredible to be around a community that is excited to be together and sweat together, and that’s probably the best feeling in the world.
