What’s your why?

Just as coffee gives people a morning boost of energy, personal training and coaching ignites an energizing spark in me! Add coffee to that mix and you have created Slopes 2.0! I have such a strong passion for fitness and helping unlock the doors of the different elements of wellness with clients. My experiences as a tennis coach, personal trainer, and wellness coordinator created so many opportunities for me and I am confident in myself to teach others what I have learned.

Over the years of coaching and training, I’ve developed a coaching mindset, skillset, and toolset. I love combining these three elements to empower clients to train them inside and outside of the gym. I want them to be able to carry what they learn and apply it to their life to create their own balance of physical fitness and strong mentality.

The programs and community! I’m not biased BUT we have a program for everyone led by my amazing team- whether you enjoy 1-1 or group setting, virtual or in-person, power or strength, or live in Toronto or around the world. The community is one of a kind and quickly becomes family. We are not only a gym, we are a home to many that provide education, growth, strength in different areas, a coach’s accountability eye, gym, and non-gym activities, and a whole lot of fun. Whether it’s your first class or you’re an OG, we create a safe and inclusive environment so you can show up with like-minded people and challenge yourself in your workouts.
