Banana Oat Pancakes

The perfect way to start your Sunday mornings.

Cook Time – 5 minutes

Servings – 2

Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup almond milk – unsweetened
    • 1 banana
    • 2 large eggs + 1 egg white
    • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • 1 pinch of sea salt

For Topping:

  • Bananas
  • Berries
  • Real Maple Syrup
  • Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on medium speed until completely smooth.
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat and spray with cooking oil or butter. Pour the mixture into rounds in the pan and flip after 3 minutes or until golden brown.

  3. Serve hot and top with your favourite toppings like berries, banana, nut butter and maple syrup.
