Creamy Lemon Tahini Dressing

Salad dressings are often some of the worst culprits for additional sugar and saturated fats. They also don’t have to be boring! My biggest hack is making a big batch of dressing in a mason jar to store in your fridge so you can whip up salads in a flash! This Lemon Tahini Dressing is full of fresh flavours and loaded with healthy fats that you can trust! Let’s get shaking!

Prep Time – 8 minutes

Servings – 4

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Fresh Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 3-4 Tbsp Tahini (well stirred)
  • 1/2 tbsp of fresh chopped chives
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar and shake away. If too thick, add more apple cider vinegar and olive oil to loosen it up. Drizzle on top of you favourite salads.
