What’s your why?
I gravitated towards personal training because of the community, teamwork, and growth are immensely important to me, and training is where those three values can intersect. I find happiness when the people around me can find joy in what they do and how they feel. My goal at the end of the day is to provide people with an opportunity to improve their physical and mental well-being. I want people to be proud of who they are.
Your favourite thing about ADF.
ADF provides trainers and clients the time, space and resources to consistently learn and grow both as individuals and as a team. As a trainer, I really align with ADF’s holistic approach to fitness. Not only is strength a priority, but so is your sleep, nutrition, and stress management. I have learned so much about myself and grown as a trainer, all while being supported by the most uplifting and energetic team out there.
