It’s crazy how much better my body feels after doing this. Observation, my right hip/side of my body is more restricted!

Oh baby! This was tough but my hips are feeling loosy goosy now! the knee pulls at 3:40 and the prone hip extensions at lower body 11:41 were spicy!!

Holy sweet jesus all of this is HARD but amazing!

Woah my hips are so loose after this serious lower body sequence! My left side is so much tight than my right side.
