Pumpkin Ginger Smoothie

Have some left over pumpkin from making pies this weekend? Don’t let it go to waste. Pumpkin is a great source of fibre and vitamin A. Next time you’re craving a slice of pie, try making this smoothie instead that has so many more health benefits!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 2/3 cup Oat Milk – Or any milk substitute
  • 1/2 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 tsp grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax and Chia Blend
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
