Personal Training
Remove the guesswork in fitness.
Without guidance fitness programs can seem intimidating
Where do I start?
Will this help me reach my goals?
What equipment should I use?
Will people watch or judge me?
Am I doing the exercises right?
What will I do when I get to the gym?
Fitness shouldn’t be intimidating
Stepping into the gym, knowing what to do and how to do it is hard, especially when you are juggling work, life, and other priorities. Autonomously sticking to that program is another obstacle to overcome in your fitness routine.
As Toronto’s Top Personal Trainers, it’s our job to educate, motivate, and hold you accountable so that you can reach your goals. We take the pressure off which allows you to enjoy the process and celebrate your small wins along the way.
It’s your personal health that allows you to perform best in all areas of your life. Our trainers make your personal health a top priority so that it becomes an approachable and sustainable journey.

“Coach Skylar changed the way I see and interact with my body. I’ve always been afraid of classes and joining a fitness community – but the support of ADF and Skylar opened my eyes that it isn’t as scary as I thought. Sky’s personalized fitness program has helped me achieve my goals faster than I thought possible. Proud to be part of ADF, it was long overdue.”
Personal Training Questions
What is the difference between virtual and in-person?
Virtual Personal Training happens over Zoom! You and your coach will agree on a schedule and join each other over Zoom for the session. For this option, we highly recommend having access to weights and bands to get the most out of your session.
In-Person Personal Training happens at the ADF HQ, located inside Training Lane (487 King St E). At the ADF HQ you and your coach will work together in an 8’ x 22’ lane that has all the equipment you will need for your session.
How does personal training work?
With Personal Training, you will work 1:1 with an All Day Fit coach. We do require a minimum 3-month commitment as it takes one month to learn how your body moves, another month to get familiar with different movement patterns, and a third month to begin to master movements and see progress and results.
Can I change my schedule if needed?
We know life gets in the way and sometimes you will need to reschedule a personal training session. With that being said, we have to keep in mind the trainer’s schedule and access to space at the ADF HQ.
If you are training Virtual we ask that you give your trainer 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling a Personal Training session.
If you are training at the ADF HQ we ask that you give your training 48 hours notice when rescheduling a Personal Training session.
What happens if I need to cancel my session?
We have a 48-hour cancellation window. Please note that once you have booked a Personal Training Session with us it means we have reserved time in our schedule and at the ADF HQ exclusively for you.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your Personal Training session you will not be charged. If you cancel your Personal Training session less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place you will be charged in full.
Do I pay for all three months up front?
No, you do not! We offer a monthly or bi-weekly payment plan based on your preferences.
How many times per week do you recommend training?
We recommend training 3x/week.
