Equipment for Personal Training at ADF HQ
In-person sessions are held at our state-of-the-art facility, Training Lane in Toronto’s Corktown. You’ll have your own dedicated 8’ x 22’ training lane with no shared equipment, giving you full access to our best resources and allowing you to focus completely on your session.

What’s the difference between virtual and in-person personal training?
Virtual training happens over Zoom, offering flexibility and a tailored experience from home. For best results, we recommend having weights and bands. In-person sessions are at ADF HQ inside Training Lane (487 King St E, Toronto), where you and your coach have dedicated space and equipment.
